Enrols (;the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), a course discovery and enrollment platform that aggregates online and educational courses from third-party providers. By accessing or using our platform (via website, mobile, or any other means), you agree to be legally bound by the terms and stated below.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the platform.

1. Nature of Services

Enrols is a third-party course aggregator. We do not create, own or deliver any of the educational content listed on our platform. All courses are offered by independent third-party course providers.

By enrolling in a course through our platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the course provider, and your experience is governed by their specific terms.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this platform.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information while registering and using Enrols.

3. Course Information & Access

• All information related to courses (including duraiton, curriculum, instructors, pricing, and certification) is provided by third-party providers
• Enrols makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee completeness or correctness.
• Acces to course material is governed by the provider's platform and infrastructure. Enrols is not responsible for availability, uptime, or technical issues on third-party platforms.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, summarized as follows:

• 100% refund available within 48 hours of purchase, subject to limited course access (less than 10%).
• Partial refunds may be available up to 7 days, with applicable deductions
• No refunds after 7 days unless technical issues are confirmed.
• All courses are third-party courses. Refunds are subject to provider policies, and certain courses may have non-refundable or special terms which will be clearly stated on the course page.

5. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that:

• Enrols does not assume any responsibility or liability for course content, quality, accuracy, instructor performance, or outcomes.
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or dissatisfaction resulting from third-party course experiences.
• All issues relating to course quality, certification, or progress must be addressed directly with the course provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, and content on the Enrols platform (excluding third-party content) are the property of Enrols or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Privacy

We value your privacy. Our collection, use, and protection of your data are governed by India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023

8. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kozhikode
