Please note that all courses listed on Enrols are offered by third-party providers, not by Enrols directly. This refund policy outlines how refund requests are handled in such cases.

Full Refund - Within 48 hours

• A 100% refund is available if requested within 48 hours of purchase
• The course must not have been accessed beyond 10% of its content.
• A valid reason and proof of purchase must be provided

Partial Refund - After 48 hours

Refund requests made after 48 hours and upto 7 days may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to:

• Platform processing and payment gateway fees
• Course progress and consumption
• Application third-party provider policies

No Refund - After 7 Days

No refunds will be processed after 7 days from the date of purchase, unless there is a verified technical issue or service failure attributable to the platform or course provider.

Third-Party Course Disclaimer

• All courses featured on Enrols are created, owned, and delivered by third-party providers.
• Enrols acts solely as an aggregator and does not control course content, delivery, or outcomes.
• Any concerns or disputes related to course content, access, instructor support, or certification must be resolved directly with the course provider.

Exception to Refund Terms

• Certain courses may carry different or non-refundable terms, based on agreements with the third-party course provider
• These exceptions, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the course detail page or outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
• By enrolling in such courses, you acknowledge and accept the specific refund terms stated.
